The grand finale of your setup

Your whole book of business, scored out of 100.

The X-Ray is a dashboard Claude builds from your own database and puts straight on your screen. It tells you how healthy your book actually is, what that is costing you, and the single fastest thing to fix.

Say “Show me my X-Ray” any time and it rebuilds with your current numbers.

Example only. This is not your data. Yours is built from your own database.

Warm and current31% · weight 30
Complete records72% · weight 20
Everyone touched58% · weight 20

Your climb: 10 points to Elite. Warm and current is your weakest pillar and the heaviest, so sending the five notes waiting in your drafts is worth more than anything else you could do today.

Figures above are invented for illustration. The real dashboard computes every number from your own file and never estimates.

How the score is built

Four pillars, weighted.

Every one is a real percentage counted from your database. Contacts set aside for review are excluded from all four.

Reachable Weight 30

How many of your people you can actually reach: an email address or a phone number on file. A contact you cannot reach is not an asset.

Warm and current Weight 30

How many of your past clients and sphere have heard from you in the last 90 days. This counts what you actually sent, not what got drafted, which is why it is the one that moves when you say “I sent them.”

Complete records Weight 20

How many have real detail on file, a property or a note. That detail is what makes a message land instead of reading like a mass blast.

Everyone touched Weight 20

How much of your book has ever heard from you at all. This is the one that exposes the names sitting untouched at the bottom of the list.

Where you land

The five bands.

Wake-Up Call0 to 39
Building40 to 55

Elite71 to 85
Rainmaker86 to 100

Day one is not a grade

The first time you run this, almost nobody in your database has a last-contacted date yet, so the score starts low. That is a starting line, not a report card. Claude says so out loud before it gives you the number.

It climbs on its own as your Prospecting OS runs and as you tell Claude “I sent them.” Watching it move is the point.

It is private

This dashboard has your clients' names and contact details on it, so it is never published and never shared. If you ask to share it, Claude warns you what is inside first, then offers to copy your score and band only, never your clients.

Nobody is deleted

Contacts Claude was unsure about are set aside for review rather than dropped, and they are excluded from the score so they cannot skew it. Say “show me my review list” to see who is there. One sentence brings anyone back.

It comes free with the setup.

The X-Ray is the last step of the install. You do not build it separately, and you do not pay for it separately. It is simply waiting for you when everything else is done.
